Who We Are
HerbalHealer is an African spiritual practice based in Uganda.
The practice is led by Carlos Mukuru, an African spiritual practitioner whose introduction to spiritual and traditional healing practices began in childhood through his grandfather.
Carlos began learning from his grandfather at the age of seven and has devoted approximately two decades to full-time spiritual practice.
We do not pretend to be a US, UK, Canadian, or European business.
We are based in Uganda and serve clients internationally.
We believe you should know this before you decide to work with us.
What We Offer
Our primary focus is spiritual guidance and traditional spiritual work relating to:

- reconciliation
- relationship difficulties

- relationship harmony

- moving forward after a breakup

Each situation is considered individually.
We don’t believe that everyone who contacts us needs the same service.
We Don’t Start With a Spell
One of the biggest differences in our approach is what happens before any spiritual work begins.
We don’t simply ask:
“Which spell do you want?”
Instead, we ask:
“What is happening in your life?”
Carlos listens to the circumstances before deciding whether he believes he can help.
If he believes a service is appropriate, he explains it.
If he doesn’t believe he can assist, he will tell you.
We Don’t Guarantee Another Person’s Behaviour
You may encounter spiritual websites promising:
- guaranteed results
- a lover returning within 24 hours
- a guaranteed marriage
- making someone obsessed with you
- forcing someone to fall in love
- controlling someone’s thoughts
- guaranteed reconciliation
- results within three days
We don’t make those promises.
A relationship involves human beings with their own choices, feelings, and circumstances.
We cannot honestly guarantee what another person will decide to do.
Our services are therefore presented as spiritual practices and guidance, not guaranteed mechanisms for controlling another human being.
We Don’t Use Fear to Sell Services
This is one of our most important principles.
If someone tells you:
“You have a powerful curse.”
and then tells you:
“You must pay more money immediately or something terrible will happen,”
Stop and think carefully before paying.
Fear can make people act quickly without considering whether a claim is genuine.
We will not tell you that you are in supernatural danger simply to pressure you into purchasing another service.
If you have concerns about threats, violence, stalking, or another real-world danger, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
You Should Know the Price Before Proceeding
We believe clients should understand the cost of a service before deciding whether to proceed.
Depending on the service, pricing may vary according to the amount and nature of work involved.
Our current starting prices are published on the website.
You should be told the applicable price before the agreed work begins.
You should never feel that you have to make an immediate payment because someone has suddenly discovered an additional problem.
If additional work is ever discussed, ask:
- What is the additional work?
- Why is it necessary?
- How much does it cost?
- Was it part of the original agreement?
- Can I take time to consider it?
You are entitled to ask questions.
We Don’t Sell “Power Levels”
We don’t have:
- Basic spells
- Super Powerful spells
- Ultra Powerful spells
- VIP magic
- Guaranteed Premium magic
A higher price does not mean that spiritual work has greater supernatural power or a guaranteed outcome.
Pricing reflects factors such as the time, preparation, consultation, and personal work involved.
Carlos Personally Performs the Work
When you engage HerbalHealer for spiritual work, Carlos personally performs the agreed work.
We do not simply take your payment and pass your case to an unknown person without telling you.
This is important to us because the relationship between practitioner and client should be clear.
You should know who is responsible for the work you have requested.
You Can Ask Questions
Before paying for a service, you should feel comfortable asking questions.
For example:
- Who will perform the work?
- Where are you based?
- What exactly am I paying for?
- How much will it cost?
- How long will the work take to perform?
- What information do you need from me?
- What can you realistically promise?
- What happens if I decide not to proceed?
- Will I be asked for additional payments later?
We welcome reasonable questions.
We Will Tell You When We Cannot Help
This may be one of the most important commitments we make.
Not every situation can be addressed through our services.
If Carlos believes he cannot genuinely assist, he may tell you that directly.
We would rather lose a potential customer by being honest than accept money for work we do not believe is appropriate.
Spiritual Practice Is Not Medical Treatment
HerbalHealer provides spiritual services.
Our services are not a substitute for:
- medical diagnosis or treatment
- mental-health treatment
- emergency services
- legal advice
- financial advice

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or immediate danger, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
Spiritual practice should never prevent someone from getting the professional help they need.
Spiritual Practice and Personal Choice
Our approach does not involve claiming ownership over another person’s choices.
We do not promote:

- causing harm to another person

Is there a legitimate way to contact them?
Pricing
Are prices and charges explained clearly?
Claims
Do they promise impossible or guaranteed results?
Pressure
Are you being rushed into paying?
Additional Payments
Does a new problem appear every time you pay?
Fear
Are you being threatened with curses, death, illness, or other disasters?
Transparency
Can you understand who will actually perform the work?
If the answers make you uncomfortable, step back before sending money.
Warning Signs of a Spiritual Scam
Be particularly cautious if someone:
- guarantees a specific outcome
- promises results within hours
- claims they can control another person’s mind
- tells you that a curse will kill you unless you pay
- repeatedly discovers new supernatural problems
- demands increasingly large payments
- threatens you when you question them
- refuses to explain what you are paying for
- changes their identity or business name repeatedly
- asks for passwords or banking PINs
- pressures you to keep paying immediately
None of these behaviours should be necessary for a legitimate consultation.
What You Should Never Send
When communicating with an online practitioner, protect your personal information.
Never casually send:
- banking passwords
- mobile-money PINs
- ATM PINs
- email passwords
- social-media passwords
- complete payment-card information
- security questions
- unnecessary identity documents

About the Title “Dr.”
We believe transparency includes explaining the terminology used on our website.
In Luganda, Musawo is a traditional term used for a healer or spiritual practitioner and is commonly translated into English as “doctor.”
The title “Dr.” used in connection with Carlos Mukuru is used in that traditional and cultural sense.
It does not mean that Carlos holds a university medical degree or medical licence.
We do not want visitors to misunderstand his qualifications.
