These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HerbalHealer website and any consultations or services arranged through HerbalHealer.
By accessing or using this website, contacting us, requesting a consultation, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or request our services.
1. About HerbalHealer
HerbalHealer is an African spiritual guidance practice operated from Uganda and serving clients internationally.
The practice is associated with Carlos Mukuru, an African spiritual practitioner whose approach is informed by traditional Ugandan and African spiritual practices and family teachings.
The word “spiritual” in these Terms refers to traditional cultural, spiritual, and personal practices. It does not mean that HerbalHealer provides medically or scientifically proven treatments.
2. Nature of Our Services
HerbalHealer provides traditional spiritual guidance and related services concerning subjects such as:
- Love and relationships
- Reconciliation
- Relationship healing
- Love and attraction
- Moving forward after a breakup
- Relationship harmony and commitment
- Spiritual cleansing
- Spiritual protection
- Prosperity and abundance
Services are based on traditional spiritual beliefs and practices.
Different people and cultures have different beliefs about spirituality. HerbalHealer respects those differences.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a statement that spiritual practices have been scientifically proven to produce a particular result.
3. No Guaranteed Results
HerbalHealer does not guarantee a particular outcome from any spiritual consultation or service.
In particular, we do not guarantee:
- That an ex-partner will return
- That a relationship will be restored
- That another person will develop romantic feelings
- That a particular person will contact you
- That someone will remain in a relationship
- That a relationship will result in marriage
- That another person’s behaviour will change
- That a particular financial or business outcome will occur
- That a spiritual cleansing or protection service will produce a specific result
- That a service will produce results within a particular number of days
Any statements about possible outcomes should be understood as descriptions of the purpose of a traditional spiritual practice, not promises of results.
4. Free Will and Personal Choice
HerbalHealer does not claim to remove another person’s free will or guarantee control over another person’s thoughts, feelings or decisions.
We do not offer services intended to:
- Control another person’s mind
- Force someone to love another person
- Create obsession
- Compel someone to remain in a relationship against their wishes
- Prevent someone from leaving a relationship
- Cause someone to harm themselves or another person
- Manipulate someone through threats or intimidation
Relationship-related spiritual work is approached as guidance intended to support reflection, connection, communication, harmony, and personal intentions rather than control.
5. Consultation Process
A consultation is intended to help Carlos understand your situation before determining whether HerbalHealer can appropriately assist you.
The process may involve:
- Listening to your circumstances and concerns.
- Understanding what you hope to achieve.
- Considering whether the requested service is appropriate.
- Explaining what may be required.
- Discussing applicable fees before work begins.
- Proceeding only when the requested work is accepted.
Carlos may decide that he cannot appropriately assist with a particular situation.
If this happens, he may tell you honestly that he cannot help rather than accepting payment for work he does not believe he can reasonably undertake.
6. Personal Attention
HerbalHealer intentionally limits the number of cases undertaken at a given time so that accepted consultations and spiritual work can receive appropriate personal attention.
The exact availability of consultations may vary.
Availability does not constitute a promise that a particular service will be accepted.
7. Services Performed by Carlos Mukuru
Where a service is accepted, the spiritual work is personally performed by Carlos Mukuru, rather than being outsourced to an unknown third party.
However, this does not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.
Where appropriate, Carlos may provide clients with general traditional practices or guidance that they can undertake themselves.
Clients should not undertake any practice that they believe may be physically dangerous, unlawful or harmful.
8. Fees and Payments
The applicable price of a service will be communicated before the service is undertaken.
Prices displayed on the website may be described as “from” prices where the final cost depends on the circumstances of the consultation.
A consultation or service should not begin as paid work until the applicable fee has been explained and agreed.
Additional work should not be assumed to be included unless it has been specifically agreed.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because some spiritual services involve time, preparation and work undertaken specifically for an individual case, refunds may depend on whether work has already commenced.
Before work begins
If a paid service has not yet commenced, a cancellation or refund request may be considered subject to any applicable payment-processing costs.
After work has commenced
Once personalized spiritual work has begun, fees may be non-refundable because time, preparation, materials and personal work may already have been committed to the case.
If you believe there has been an error in payment or service delivery, contact HerbalHealer as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.
10. No Misrepresentation
HerbalHealer will not knowingly misrepresent:
- The identity of the practitioner
- The location of the practice
- The nature of the services
- Qualifications or credentials
- Expected outcomes
- Pricing
- Testimonials or client experiences
HerbalHealer is operated from Uganda.
We do not represent ourselves as having offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or other countries unless such an office genuinely exists.
11. About the Term “Dr.”
In some Ugandan and African cultural contexts, traditional spiritual practitioners may be referred to using terms such as “Doctor” or “Musawo.”
Where such terminology appears in cultural or historical contexts, it should not be interpreted as a claim that Carlos Mukuru holds a medical degree, doctorate or other academic qualification that he does not hold.
HerbalHealer does not represent Carlos as a medical doctor.
12. Medical and Mental-Health Disclaimer
HerbalHealer does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment or professional mental-health care.
Information on this website should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified:
- Doctor
- Nurse
- Psychologist
- Psychiatrist
- Counsellor
- Other licensed healthcare professional
If you have a medical or mental-health concern, seek appropriate professional care.
Spiritual guidance should not be used to delay necessary medical or emergency treatment.
If you or another person is at immediate risk of serious harm, contact the appropriate emergency or professional support service in your location.
13. Relationship and Personal Safety
HerbalHealer does not encourage:
- Stalking
- Harassment
- Threats
- Violence
- Revenge
- Blackmail
- Covert administration of substances
- Non-consensual sexual activity
- Forced relationships
- Harm toward a partner, rival, or family member
If a relationship involves violence, threats, or immediate danger, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance rather than relying on spiritual services.
14. No Harmful or Illegal Practices
HerbalHealer does not authorize or encourage clients to undertake practices involving:
- Poisonous substances
- Dangerous chemicals
- Deliberate injury
- Non-consensual administration of substances
- Animal cruelty
- Illegal activity
- Violence
- Threats
- Property damage
Clients remain responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their location.

16. Client Responsibilities
When using HerbalHealer’s services, you agree to:

- Not provide false information for the purpose of harming another person.
- Not request assistance with illegal or harmful activity.
- Respect the privacy and boundaries of other people.

17. WhatsApp Communication
HerbalHealer may provide a “Chat with Carlos on WhatsApp” button.
When you select the button, you leave the HerbalHealer website and communicate through WhatsApp.
Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policies.
HerbalHealer cannot guarantee the security or availability of a third-party platform.
We recommend that you avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information through WhatsApp.
