1. Spiritual and Traditional Practice
HerbalHealer provides traditional African spiritual guidance based on cultural and spiritual practices.
These practices are matters of spiritual belief and tradition. They are not presented as scientifically proven methods for controlling events, changing another person’s free will, or guaranteeing a particular outcome.
Carlos Mukuru is a traditional African spiritual practitioner based in Uganda. The term “Dr.”, where used in connection with Carlos, may reflect the Ugandan cultural use of “Musawo” for a traditional healer or spiritual practitioner. It should not be understood as claiming a medical doctorate or academic medical qualification.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Every person’s circumstances are different. HerbalHealer and Carlos Mukuru do not guarantee specific results or timeframes from spiritual guidance or spiritual work.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Returning an ex-partner
- Reconciliation
- Marriage or commitment
- Changes in another person’s feelings or behaviour
- Attraction or finding a partner
- Relationship improvement
- Spiritual cleansing or protection
- Prosperity or financial outcomes
- Any particular result within a specified number of days or weeks
Any discussion of possible outcomes should be understood as a description of the purpose or traditional intention of a practice, not a promise of results.
3. Free Will and Personal Choice
HerbalHealer does not claim to control another person’s mind, remove someone’s free will, force someone to fall in love, create obsession, or compel someone to remain in a relationship.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions, and other people retain their own right to make decisions about their relationships and lives.
4. Not Medical or Mental-Health Advice
HerbalHealer’s spiritual services and website content are not medical, psychiatric, or mental-health treatment.
They should not be used as a substitute for:
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- Prescription medication
- Mental-health care
- Emergency medical care
- Professional counselling or psychotherapy

6. No Harmful or Illegal Practices
HerbalHealer does not endorse or encourage practices involving:
- Harm to another person
- Poisoning or covertly administering substances to someone
- Violence or intimidation
- Illegal activity
- Non-consensual sexual activity
- Dangerous substances or unsafe practices
- Attempts to interfere unlawfully with another person’s rights or property
Clients should never undertake a ritual or practice that could place themselves or another person at risk.
7. Educational Content
Articles and other information published through the HerbalHealer Knowledge Centre are intended for general educational and cultural information.
Descriptions of African spiritual traditions, rituals, herbs, beliefs or practices do not necessarily represent scientific conclusions or universal African beliefs. African spiritual traditions vary considerably between communities, families and practitioners.
8. Individual Circumstances
A consultation begins by understanding the client’s circumstances and concerns. Carlos Mukuru may determine that a particular request is not appropriate for his practice or that he cannot genuinely assist.
Where appropriate, he may advise a client to consider another form of professional or practical support.
9. Third-Party Services
HerbalHealer may provide links to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, payment providers, advertising platforms, analytics services and external websites.
HerbalHealer does not control the policies, security, or practices of those third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use their services.
10. International Clients
HerbalHealer is operated from Uganda and serves clients internationally.
Laws and regulations concerning spiritual services, advertising, consumer protection, professional services, and related activities can differ between countries. Clients are responsible for understanding any laws that apply to them in their jurisdiction.
